As for inking, I either use a plain old Sharpie marker (Heresy!) or, for this post specifically, a Pigma Micron 05. It's narrow enough for thin lines and I can double stroke things that need a heavier black line. And on sketch paper, there's little to no bleed through (as long as I'm not heavy handed, that is).
